RODA Gamma round outdoor dining table
RODA Gamma is a round dining table from the in-house RODA Studio, made in two sizes, about 51 1/2 and 63 inches across. Slender steel legs are tied together by a cross brace under the top, and the top itself is where the choices lie, in gres or natural stone. The base stays plain so the table pairs with chairs from across the RODA furniture range.

A plain base, a chosen top
Gamma is close to a diagram of a table. Thin legs meet a cross-shaped frame, and a flat disc rests on it. With so little going on underneath, the top sets the look. The smaller Gamma 130 takes gres in a natural finish or one of three stones: white Carrara marble, Luna or Farsena. The larger Gamma 160 comes with a gres top.
The base is powder coated stainless steel in smoke or milk. Stainless steel resists corrosion, and the powder coat adds a layer against sun and rain, so the frame can stay out all year on a terrace near the sea. Gres is a dense porcelain stoneware that does not stain easily and takes hot dishes in stride. Marble and stone bring natural veining, and each slab differs a little from the next.
At 51 1/2 inches, the 130 suits a family table on a patio. The 160, at 63 inches, gives a larger group room to spread out. Table height is 29 1/2 inches with a gres or stone top, with 28 3/4 inches of clearance below, which works with standard dining chairs and armchairs.
RODA's own team wanted a practical table for the many ways people eat outdoors now, and a round top helps: everyone faces the middle and nobody ends up at the head. Gamma is Italian outdoor furniture that sits well beside corded chairs, woven belt chairs or upholstered ones. Choose the base in smoke for a darker, graphic setting, or in milk to lighten a white terrace.
