Privacy policy

This site collects only what you type into a request form. Here is what happens to it.

What we collect

When you send a form we receive your name, email, and whatever else you choose to add: phone, city or ZIP code, the pieces you are interested in and your message. We also receive the page you sent it from and the country your connection comes from.

The form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a person is sending it. Cloudflare processes technical data for that check under its own privacy policy. Messages are delivered to our inbox through the Resend email service.

Why we use it

Only to answer your request: to prepare a quote, send samples or catalogs you asked for, and follow an order you place. We do not sell or rent your details and do not add you to a newsletter.

To prepare a quote we may share the necessary details with RODA or its North American branch, and with a freight company when you order.

How long we keep it and your rights

Requests are kept for as long as the conversation or order is open, and then for the period tax and accounting rules require. You can ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion at any time by writing to [email protected].

The site sets no advertising cookies. If analytics are added later, this page will say which ones and how to opt out.
